No Returns or Exchanges

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during delivery

• Defective or not working properly

• Different from the product you ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide an appropriate solution.

Change of Mind

Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you simply change your mind, order the wrong product, or no longer want the item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
